Installation Procedures

1. Double-click the removable media icon in the Windows taskbar.

2. Select Stop.

3. When you see the “You may safely remove this device” message, you can disconnect the

USB cable connecting the external HDD to the server.

Uninstalling BounceBack Express

To completely remove the BounceBack Express software from your system:

1. Click Start>Settings>Control Panel.

2. Select Add/Remove Programs.

3. Highlight BounceBack Express and click Add/Remove.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to completely remove the software and components

from your system.
