Cause Solution
Close all software programs, restart Windows, and try again.
Delete all temporary files from the Temp subdirectory. To find
the Temp folder, complete the following steps:
1. Click the Start button, and then click the Run item.
2. In the Open box, type %temp%.
3. Click the OK button. A Windows Explorer window for
the Temp folder opens.
