Figure A-2 Compositor Backplane

The scalable visualization solution supports both single screen and

multi-screen conﬁgurations. In a multi-screen conﬁguration multiple hp

visualization center sv6 clusters, each with its own compositor, are used

(as opposed to multiple output cards for a single display to support

passive stereo).

Figure A-3 shows an example of a compositor backplane conﬁguration

(looking at it from the back at where the cables attach), one for an 8-pipe,

single display system.
