Canceling a subscription

You can only cancel a subscription if its service instance has one of the following statuses:

l Online

l Reserved

l Modification Failed

l Failed

To cancel a subscription

1. Click Subscriptions.

2. Locate the subscription you want to cancel.

3. Click Delete to the lower right of the subscription.

4. Confirm that the status for the subscription you canceled is now Canceled.

Note: A request to cancel a subscription is approved automatically, so the request has the status of Approved on the Requests tab.
