Configuring network communication properties for a server
1. Open the Replication Console and right-click the server on the left pane of the
Replication Console.
2. Select Properties
3. Select the Network tab.
4. Specify the network communication properties.
l Default Address—This option specifies the default target IP address to
connect to when a connection is created. Windows will determine what IP
address is used on the source based on the IP address specified for the
target.
l Communications port—Storage Mirroring Recover servers use this port to
send and receive commands and operations between two Storage Mirroring
Recover servers.
5. Click OK to save the settings.
