GPA Standard Report

The following information describes in detail each of the entries in each of the sections of

the GPA Standard Report.

Examples 3-1 through 3-15 show the sections of a typical report. The items within each

report section that are discussed below are identified in the text by numbers in

parentheses and by corresponding boldface numbers in the figures.

System Performance Summary

The System Performance Summary, as the name implies, is a concise presentation of data

designed to show quickly the overall system performance and to indicate the system‟s

general health. The System Performance Summary consists of the following four

subsections:

Node Characteristics

 Disk Volume Performance

Global Performance Indicators

 System Performance Score

The purpose and contents of each of these subsections follow.
