time.dateTime

Displays the current system time in a

readable format.

String read-only 32

time.setTime

Displays and sets the current system time. The

date and time is specified in the format:

[MMDDhhmm[[CC]YY][.ss]]

String read-write 32

time.setTimeZone

Displays and sets the current local time zone.

Time zones can be represented in several

forms. For example, US Eastern Time can be

represented as either of the following:

• EST5EDT

• America/Newark

The first format is the preferred format: a

three-letter zone, followed by a time offset

from GMT, and another three-letter zone for

the daylight savings time.

Examples:

set time.setTimeZone=

America/New_York

set time.setTimeZone=CST6CDT
