If you click on the Remote Web Console main
window during a dialog box is displayed,
the dialog box will disappear (hide) behind
theRemoteWeb Consolemainwindow.
Click on the dialog box once m ore.
If you click on the Remote Web Console
main window during the Auto LUN window
is
displayed, the window will disappear
(hide) behind theRemoteWeb Console
main
window.
Click on the Auto LUN window once more.
The but ton on the Auto LUN window
remains active, even if you click Apply and
the processingisbeing executed. In this
case, the window is closed if you click .
Even if the window is closed, the processing will continue
normally.
The web browser is incorrectly displayed
because the GUI items such as labels and
icons cannot be downloaded properly.
The part of the buttons cannot be displayed,
which is out of the window.
When you us

the Remote Web Console on the Japanese
Mozilla, e
nter the following commands using the X Server
Emulator. Log out from the Remote Web Console once,
andthenlog in to theRemoteWeb Consoleagain.

The web browser is forcibly (abnormally)
closed.
If a java_vm process an d a mozilla process remain
abnormally because of the hang-up of the Mozi lla, the
Remote Web Console performance becomes abnormal.
If this occurs, you must delete the abnormal processes
firstbeforeyou cancontinuethe Remote WebConsole
operations.

problem as possible. Include the circumstances surrounding the error or failure, the Remote Web
Console configuration information saved in the floppy diskette(s) by the FD Dump Tool,the exact
content
of any messages displayed on the Remote Web Console computer, and severity levels and
reference codes displayed on the Status window of the Remote Web Console main window (see
“Ale
rts Window” on page 58‘).
