c-Class server blade POST problems flowchart

Operating system boot problems flowchart

Symptoms:

• Server does not boot a previously installed OS

• Server does not boot SmartStart

Possible causes:

• Corrupted OS

• Hard drive subsystem problem

• Incorrect boot order setting in RBSU

There are two ways to use SmartStart when diagnosing OS boot problems on a server blade:
