For the HP Ocejet Pro devices, the new features are available only if rmware later than version 1409BR is installed on the

device.

Be aware of the following changes that are specic to the UPIs:

Products are represented by a device class in the UPI. Therefore, the thumbnail image on the

Status tab might not reect the actual image of the device.

●

The device capabilities listed on the Capabilities tab for a specic device that a UPI supports might

not reect all of the features that are available for that device.

●

Batch mode conguration via the Create Device Conguration Template wizard displays a

superset of the conguration features that might or might not apply to a specic device that a UPI

supports. For example, when conguring monochrome devices, users might also see the color

features that are available for any color devices that the UPI also supports.
