
set notification
The set notification command configures notifications, including IP addresses and port
numbers for SMTP servers, and contact information such as phone number, street address, and
email addresses.
NOTE: Specify one IPv4 or IPv6 address each for the primary and secondary SMTP servers.
Syntax
set notification
Keywords
Specifies the contact email address.-contact_email=
Default is as currently set on the router.
Enables or disables e-mail notifications. Values are:-email=
• yes
• no
• on
• off
• true
• false
The default value is as currently set on the router.
Enables or disables HTTP notification. Values are:-http=
• yes
• no
• on
• off
• true
• false
The default value is as currently set on the router.
NOTE: If HTTP notification is enabled, you must use the -url keyword to specify
the web address.
Specifies the sender email address for generated messages.-from=
Default is as currently set on the router.
Specifies the static IPv4 address for the iSCSI port.-ipv4_addr=
Default is the current setting on the router.
Disables use of IPv4 for the iSCSI port.-ipv4_disable
If this keyword is used, all other IPv4-related keywords are ignored.
Default is the current setting on the router.
Specifies the IPv4 subnet mask.-ipv4_subnet=
Default is the current setting on the router.
Disables use of IPv6 for the iSCSI port.-ipv6_disable
If this keyword is used, all other IPv6-related keywords are ignored.
Default is the current setting on the router.
Specifies the global IPv6 address for the iSCSI port.-ipv6_glob_addr=
Default is the current setting on the router.
