Move History Log Data Format

NOTE This log is ONLY supported on the 40fx, 80ex, 125ex and 220mx models.

This table can bee accessed via the Log Sense Command (4DH), Table 3-

45 on page 3-47 with page code 3AH.

Micro-Move IDs are the last moves prior to failure, associated with Bytes

5 and 6.
