2.4.1 Pre-start Check

Doors – Secured for flight.

Seats and pedals – Adjust.

Seat belts and shoulder harness – Fasten and adjusted.

Shoulder harness inertia reel and lock – Check.

Flight control frictions and lock – LOCK disengaged,

– Set frictions as desired.

Flight controls – Verify freedom of movement. Center cyclic and pedals,

collective full down.

Lower pedestal circuit breaker(s) – In.

Collective – All switches set

Defrost lever – As desired
