7 Enter a printer type by selecting a printer from the [Options] menu. Type
in a printer name of your choice. This name appears on all printer
menus. Select “Save changes and exit” from the [Commands] menu.
CAUTION
Risk of printer interruption
If a new local printer is added, all print jobs on all
printers are stopped and reprinted in their entirety
after the new printer is added. To avoid printer
interruptions, add local printers during off-hours
or when the printers are in minimal use.
8 At this point, a warning pop-up notice appears notifying you that print
jobs on all printers are stopped and reprinted in their entirety after your
local printer is added. The system prompts you to proceed. Enter y.
