the total number of agents used

over the system lifetime.

Agents are never deleted. If an

agent logs out, the agent is not

considered deleted. The agent

still exists but is not operational.

Therefore, the Agent ID number

can only increase.

The measured value is an exact

number and not an average.

The measured value may

exceed the expected value only

if the total number of DNIS

numbers used exceeds the

expected number.

Meridian MAX only collects

data for the expected number of

DNIS numbers.

However, the measured value

indicates to the user how many

DNIS numbers are actually

used.

This number is updated at the

end of every interval. It denotes

the number of DNIS numbers

used throughout the current

day.

The DNIS measured number is

reset at midnight and the count

restarts.
