Management Link:

CFN is the configuration record.
IOTB YES
The IOTB prompt appears only in X11 releases prior to Release 18.
ADAN aaa TTY
x
The address x must be the same as the physical address set on the
SDI circuit pack, and
aaa
must be NEW or CHG (for example, NEW
TTY 2).
ESDI NO
CDNO x
x is the SDI card number. The range for x is 0 to 15.
DENS
xxxx
DENS refers to the density of the SDI card being used. SDEN is a
single-density SDI card (for example, QPC139) , DDEN is a
double-density SDI card (for example, QPC841), and 4DEN is a
quad-density SDI card (for example, NT8D41). For more information,
see the
X11 Input/Output Guide
(NTP 553-3001-400).
USER ACD
USER is the SDI port user. Configure the user as Automatic Call
Distribution (ACD).
CUST xx
xx is the customer number. The range for xx is 0 to 99.
SSUP YES
Device assigned to be used by senior supervisor/load manager.
APRT NO
ACD printer must be set to NO.
7 In Overlay program 23, define the following values:
TYPE ADS
CUST 0
AID YES
If YES, the switch is in Agent ID mode. If NO, the switch is in Position
ID mode.
